DAY 1 : UK - Delhi
DAY 2 : Early morning flight Delhi - Leh, afternoon visit town of Leh
DAY 3 : Leh-Kargil by bus or jeep, visit Lamayuru monastery
DAY 4 : Kargil - Karsha by bus or jeep
DAY 5 : Morning visit Karsha, then to Stongde by bus or jeep and visit monastery
DAY 6 : Start trek, Stongde - shepherds’ huts, base camp (6h)
DAY 7 : Base camp - Stongde La, 5140m - Salang Tatak (6h)
DAY 8 : Salang Tatak - Intermediate Camp (5h)
DAY 9 : Intermediate Camp - Chade (6h)
DAY 10 : Chade - Tantak (4h)
DAY 11 : Tantak - Phuktal (6h)
DAY 12 : Phuktal - Cha (4h)
DAY 13: Cha - Dorzon (6h)
DAY 14: Dorzon - Reru (6h)
DAY 15 : Reru - Padum by bus or jeep
DAY 16 : Padum - Kargil by bus or jeep
DAY 17: Kargil - Srinagar by bus or jeep, settle into houseboat
DAY 18 : Day in houseboat on  Dal Lake
DAY 19 : Floating market on Dal Lake,  leave for Delhi
DAY 20 : Delhi
DAY 21 : Delhi  -  UK
